These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BlogFlo website, applications, APIs, SDKs, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by BlogFlo ("BlogFlo," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and are authorized to do so on behalf of yourself or your organization.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Your Account

You may need to create an account to use some or all of the Services. You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• all activities that occur under your account
• providing accurate and current information

You must promptly notify us at support@ravya.io if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Google Sign-In

If you use Google Sign-In, your use of that functionality may also be subject to Google's terms and policies. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google account associated with your BlogFlo account.

4. The Services

BlogFlo provides tools to analyze websites, generate blog-related templates and content structures, create and manage blog posts, and deliver content through APIs, SDKs, and related workflows.

We may add, remove, modify, or suspend features from time to time.

5. Customer Content

"Customer Content" means content, data, text, images, URLs, metadata, prompts, drafts, templates, and other materials you submit to or create through the Services.

You retain ownership of your Customer Content.

You grant BlogFlo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Content as necessary to:

• provide and improve the Services
• operate requested features
• generate outputs
• maintain security
• comply with law
• enforce these Terms

You represent and warrant that:

• you own or have the necessary rights to your Customer Content
• your Customer Content does not violate any law or third-party rights
• your Customer Content does not contain malicious code or harmful material

6. AI Features

The Services may include AI-assisted features that generate or transform content based on your inputs.

You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate
• you are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or relying on them
• BlogFlo does not guarantee originality, accuracy, legality, or fitness of AI-generated output for your purposes

You should not submit highly sensitive personal information, confidential regulated data, or other sensitive material to AI features unless you have independently determined that doing so is appropriate.

7. APIs, SDKs, and API Keys

If BlogFlo provides APIs, SDKs, or API keys:

• you must keep API keys secure and confidential
• you may use them only as authorized by BlogFlo
• you may not share, resell, sublicense, or expose API keys publicly
• you are responsible for all activity conducted with your API keys

We may revoke, rotate, suspend, or limit API access at any time for security, abuse prevention, or violation of these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation
• infringe or misappropriate intellectual property or privacy rights
• upload or distribute malware, harmful code, or malicious content
• interfere with or disrupt the Services or related systems
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse the Services except as permitted by law
• use the Services to generate or distribute unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful material
• abuse AI, API, or authentication features
• use the Services in a way that burdens or harms the platform or other users

9. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback, you grant BlogFlo a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, design, branding, features, and underlying technology, are owned by BlogFlo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

11. Fees and Paid Plans

Some features may require payment now or in the future. If you purchase a paid plan:

• you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes
• fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated otherwise
• we may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:

• you violate these Terms
• your use creates risk for us, the Services, or others
• required by law
• necessary for security, maintenance, or operational reasons

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOGFLO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for your needs.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOGFLO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOGFLO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

1. THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BLOGFLO FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR
2. ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BlogFlo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

• your use of the Services
• your Customer Content
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of any law or third-party rights

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
